Does MySitti sell hotels or flights?
No — and that's on purpose. MySitti recommends the best options using real data, then hands you to a trusted booking platform (like Booking.com or the airline) where you pay their live price directly. We earn a small commission from the platform; you never pay extra.
Why don't I see prices on MySitti?
Travel prices change by the hour. Rather than show you a stale number, we show quality data that doesn't change — review scores, neighborhood fit, star class — and link you to the live price at booking time.
Something I booked went wrong. Who do I contact?
Your booking, payment, and cancellation are handled by the platform you booked on — contact their support first (they hold your reservation). If MySitti pointed you somewhere that didn't match what we said, tell us too so we can fix the data.

What can I ask Sitti?
Anything about your city or trip: "Plan 4 days in Chicago for two," "What's on tonight near my hotel?", "Is Lincoln Park good for families?" Sitti answers using our scored neighborhood data and live event feeds.
What is the Neighborhood Intelligence Score?
A 0–100 score combining safety data, walkability, transit access, and the density of well-reviewed places. It's how we compare neighborhoods objectively — and why our "stay here" advice isn't guesswork.
Do I need an account?
Browsing and planning are free without one. An account (also free) unlocks your Trip Board, saved hearts, Bucket List, and the AI Companion's reminders before and during your trip.

Where does your data come from?
Public safety datasets, live event feeds, hotel review platforms, and mapping data — refreshed continuously. Every score and rating on MySitti traces back to a real source.
How does MySitti handle my personal data?
